    A such wonderful stay on vacation. Nice building and rooms on a lower level. Quick check-in, parking onsite. Nice pool to relax in too. Marvellous location to The Grove Shopping Mall. Only 15 minutes walking to the city centre.

    The staff was excellent. The rooms were very nice.

    Friday night there was a college type affair with very young people. They were very loud and drunk during the night. Also, someone pulled the fire alarm in the middle of the night. I feel that something could have been said or done for us because this was very disruptive.

    The staff were super friendly, especially the pool bartender. Our room had a killer view of the river and was nice and clean. The only thing was the beds were a bit on the soft side for me, but the kids loved them.

    The location is great. The hotel is on the water with a nice view of the marina, but it is walking distance to town with a great nightlife and restaurants. The bellboy was awesome and welcoming. The service at the piano bar was excellent. We ordered breakfast in and room service was quick, efficient and the food was delicious.

    The person who checked us did not put us in the room we booked and when we complained lied to us that there was no other rooms available. We had to get a manager who rectified the situation and changed us to the right room. Also, the hotel called us a taxi to take us to the airport. It was the dirtiest taxi with an unpleasant driver, but it was to late to wait for another one.

    The bed was relaxing, I liked the balcolny room and side view of the river. I love the lobby - very grand. The hotel is very close to the town shoppes and restaurants.

    The rooms need to be updated. This was my third visit to the Molly Pitcher Inn within the last three years. It is time to renovate the bathrooms, room rugs, telephones and televisions. During my past two visits to the Molly Pitcher Inn, there were events going on such as bridal showers and during the perparation- this gets in the way of people trying to check out or enjoy coffee.
